- Shake package well before using
- Pour your portion into a bowl (about 75g or 5 tablespoons)
- Add about 100ml of your favourite plant milk
- Stir well, cover, let soak for at least 20min or best overnight for better absorption and taste
- Optional: Top up with fresh fruits or additional spices
- … and enjoy 20min later or the next morning!
Our bowls also taste delicious with cow’s milk / yoghurt if this is what you fancy. But in Z-Ora, we try to encourage lowering our carbon footprint and what better way to do this than by starting on with a vegan breakfast!
