Preparation

  1. Shake package well before using
  2. Pour your portion into a bowl (about 75g or 5 tbl spoons)
  3. Add about 100ml of your favourite plant milk 
  4. Stir well, cover, let soak for at least 20min or best overnight for better absorption and taste
  5. Optional: Top up with fresh fruits or additional spices
  6. … and enjoy 20min later or the next morning!

    Of course you can enjoy our bowls also with normal cow yoghurt or milk. But remember: saving the planet start at the breakfast table! Have a vegan breakfast to lower your carbon footprint.
