Preparation

  1. Shake package well before using
  2. Pour your portion into a bowl (about 75g or 5 tablespoons)
  3. Add about 100ml of your favourite plant milk 
  4. Stir well, cover, let soak for at least 20min or best overnight for better absorption and taste
  5. Optional: Top up with fresh fruits or additional spices
  6. … and enjoy 20min later or the next morning!

    Our bowls also taste delicious with cow’s milk / yoghurt if this is what you fancy. But in Z-Ora, we try to encourage lowering our carbon footprint and what better way to do this than by starting on with a vegan breakfast!
