Z-Ora Winter Porridge

Ingredients: (1 serving)
50g Z-Ora Clarity Bowl
20g oats, oat bran or teff
100ml oat milk
1/2 apple or pear
1 spoon of almond butter
Some additional warming spices like cinnamon or cardamom

This recipe is perfect for the grey, cold mornings when you feel a little low on energy and need food to nourish your soul. It's high in magnesium reducing tiredness and fatigue and a source of thiamine (vitamin B1) and manganese contributing to the energy-yielding metabolism.

Heat up a little bit of oat milk and add 1/2 an apple or a pear chopped as well as the additional spices. Let simmer for about 3 minutes and add the remaining oat milk and 50g of your Clarity Bowl. Stir and simmer for another 3 minutes. Pour into your bowl and stir in a spoon of almond butter.
