Simple Strength Bowl

Ingredients: (1serving)

75g Z-Ora Strength Bowl
100ml hazelnut milk
vanilla soy yoghurt
a dash of Cinnamon

Soaked in hazelnut milk, pour it over on top of your vanilla soy yoghurt. Enjoy the creamy and tasty comforting taste of flavours ;)

For most health benefits, it's best to prepare your bowl the night before like Overnight Oats as soaking facilitates the absorption of valuable nutrients from the nuts and seeds for the body.
