Chocobeet Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients: (1 serving)
Topping:
50g Z-Ora Strength Bowl

Smoothie:
 banana, frozen
Steamed and frozen beet
1tbsp cocoa powder
1tsp cinnamon
1/2tsp ginger
Soy yoghurt and milk to taste

*For most health benefits, it's best to prepare your bowl the night before like Overnight Oats as soaking facilitates the absorption of valuable nutrients from the nuts and seeds for the body.
