100g provide 51% magnesium, 38% selenium, 37% vitamin E, 31% potassium, 27% zinc, 26% iron, and 18% calcium of the daily recommended amount (NRV) as well as 1.4g omega 3 fatty acids, 15g plant protein and 12g fiber.

A mix of 42% nuts, 27% dried fruits, 18% seeds, 13% oats.

Discard in normal bin or with food waste

  1. Shake package well before using
  2. Pour your portion into a bowl (about 75g or 5 tbl spoons)
  3. Add about 100ml of your favorite plant milk 
  4. Stir well, cover, let soak for at least 20min or best overnight for better absorption and taste
  5. Optional: Top up with fresh fruits or additional spices
  6. … and enjoy 20min later or the next morning!
