75g Z-Ora Balance Bowl
100ml oat milk
in Autumn: 1/2 pear and 1/2 apple
in Winter: 1/2 teaspoon of warming Ayurvedic spices
in Spring: 1 peach
Prepare your Balance Bowl: just pour your portion (75g are about 5 tablespoons) into a bowl, add milk, stir, cover and let soak for at least 20min*.
