A Bowl of Balanced Goodness

- 1 banana
- parsnip
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbs Z-Ora balance bowl

Peel the parsnip and cut them into cubes. Boil in a pan of water until the parsnips are cooked and drain.

Cut the banana in slices and add to the parsnip. Add the plant-based milk and blend until you have a smooth purée.

Use the balance bowl as a lovely topping. 😋
