Ingredients: (1 serving)
50g Z-Ora Strength bowl
30ml plant based milk
50ml plant based milk
cocoa to taste
Mix the oats with your choice of plant based milk, add cocoa and apple pulp, stir well and pour everything into your glass.
Pour your Z-Ora overnight bowl on top, leave to rest for a few minutes and decorate your breakfast as you wish. Add a pinch of grated coconut, cinnamon and star-shaped apples for that festive feeling.
You can opt to use sweeteners such as agave, maple, brown rice or date syrup.
For most health benefits, it's best to prepare your bowl the night before like Overnight Oats as soaking facilitates the absorption of valuable nutrients from the nuts and seeds for the body.
